Shipping & Returns
During the online checkout process you will have the option to choose to have the item shipped to your address or reserve to pickup at our Warman retail location at 7-910 Centennial Blvd, Warman, SK. Choose In-Store Pickup if you would like to pick up at our storefront only.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for you to pick up. Any order placed after 5pm CST Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or stat holidays will not begin processing until the following business day.
We suggest to pick up your order within a week from date of purchase. If you would like us to hold it longer, please reach out and let us know.
Domestic orders are shipped within 2 business days of placement via Canada Post. If standard or express options are chosen we will issue you a tracking number once we have sent out your package. Although you will receive the shipping notification with tracking number almost immediately, that does not mean you will be able to track your package right away. Please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking page to be updated. Your order will arrive approximately 5-10 business days from the date of shipment.
KHL does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays.
